Did you select a pharmacy from our list of registered pharmacies?
If you received an email notification advising you your prescription has been sent, then it has been sent via fax and email. Please ensure the pharmacist has checked their junk folder and their fax. You are able to resend your script from your Dashboard once you have signed in.
Did you enter new pharmacy details when you registered?
If you have entered a pharmacy that has not previously been registered on our service, please note that our staff need to verify the pharmacy details. If you are using our service outside of our office hours, your prescription may not be sent until the next business day. You are welcome to email us if this is the case and we will contact your pharmacy as soon as we can.
