We have partnered with CPD Home to provide convenient access to a broad catalogue of accredited CPD activities, and a flexible range of subscriptions to suit your career pathway – at a discounted rate for our Doctors. CPD Home has been accredited by the Australian Medical Council (AMC) to provide a CPD home service to all doctors, regardless of specialty or career stage.
As our business continues to grow, we require certainty that we will have sufficient doctor capacity to service the patients who are accessing our platform 24/7. With that in mind, we’ve introduced an incentive package for our new recruits to encourage commitment to our roster. We’ve also introduced an incentive based on referrals of new doctors to our service.
We have a range of options available for clinician remuneration. Fees are paid monthly on an hourly basis or as a percentage of fees, depending on the hours worked. Doctors who choose to be available after hours are paid on a percentage of fees basis. During business hours doctors can be paid on an agreed hourly rate (Monday-Sunday 8am – 6pm AEST).

Our Doctors can consult across multiple program areas, as well as conduct general consults. We offer the option to book appointments in specialised streams like fertility, sexual health, weight loss, smoking cessation & mental health. Our patients choose us for a wide variety of reasons, ranging from managing chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, to addressing specific concerns such as hair loss and acne. Our platform enables doctors to offer their expertise in these areas and more, providing care that is accessible, efficient, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
The Doctors on Demand platform is where you can see your patients. It comes with fully integrated video conferencing technology, so there’s no need for external video software. Prior to joining the call, we’ll ask the patient tailored questions to complete their health information so you’re able to make the most out of your appointment time.
We’ve built in multiple options for communication between the Doctor & the patient in, and around, the video consult – including audible and push notifications, screenshare, SMS, email, as well as robocall for after hours to alert you to patients in your virtual waiting room. You’ll also be able to download the chat manuscript at the end of the consult, and request a follow-up directly from within the platform.
Outside of the appointment window, patients have access to a dashboard within their account where their pathology and radiology requests, medical certificates, referral letters and results can be uploaded.
We provide dedicated operational and technical support 7 days a week to ensure we meet the needs of our patients and Doctors. Our Patient Concierge team are your remote reception team: readily available to assist with enquiries, scripts, pathology reports, regardless of whether it’s day or night. They communicate with patients via live chat, email, and phone support. You will be able to reach out to them for your own support between 8.30am – 2am AEST Monday to Friday, and 8.30am – 10.00pm AEST Saturday and Sunday.
We’ve built our own leading technology platform, which means we have a dedicated development team constantly working to improve and maintain it; we will also have someone on call outside of hours for critical tech support. Separately, MediRecords support can be contacted via live chat 7 am to 7 pm AEST Monday to Friday.
Our dedicated sales and marketing team work hard to get patients to our digital “front door”, ensuring consistent patient volumes. You’ll also benefit from our existing patient base and large corporate partnerships.
