The pharmacy cannot find my script?

Following an online appointment or QuickScript medication order your script is sent via a secured link through fax and email to your selected pharmacy. If the pharmacy cannot find your script please ensure you check the details of your selected pharmacy are correct. This can be done by checking the email confirmation you receive when the doctor has sent your script to your chosen pharmacy. It will look just like this:

If the pharmacy details on your email confirmation are correct, please ask your pharmacist to check their fax AND email inbox for your prescription (including their junk mail).

How to resend your script to pharmacy!

If they have not received it you can use the email you received to resend the prescription directly to them. Click the link at the end of your email below.

If you have entered a pharmacy which is not already in our database, your nominated pharmacy’s contact details will come up as Doctors on Demand. It is all good! This just means we are verifying the pharmacy details and obtaining their fax and email address. If you have registered your pharmacy outside of our usual business hours of 8.30 am to 5.30 pm AEST Monday to Friday, please allow until the next business day before going to the pharmacy to collect your medications.
