Men’s Health Week: Recommended Health Checks for Men

Mens Health - Recommended Health Checks for Men

Australian men are more likely to put off seeking medical advice, often until it’s too late. This Men’s Health Week, it’s time to change that.

Whether it’s a routine health check, a mental health chat, or something that’s been bothering you for a while, don’t wait. Your health matters! This week is your reminder to:

  • Get checked: book that check up. It could be nothing. It could be something. Either way, you’ll know.
  • Take action: don’t put off that test, that appointment, or that honest conversation
  • Tell your mates: starting the conversation might be the nudge that someone else needs
