Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter of the FY26 Doctors on Demand Doctor Survey (COMPETITION) is Doctors on Demand Pty Ltd ABN 54 163 312 570 (DOCTORS ON DEMAND), located in Brisbane, Queensland (COMPANY’S OFFICE)
  2. Entry is open from 9:00am on 17 July 2025.
  3. Entry closes at 10:am on 11 August 2025.
  4. There are three prizes available. Each prize is a $150 Visa Gift Card, issued electronically.Three prizes will be awarded to the winners of the Draw (the PRIZES).
  5. To be eligible to win the Prize, you must:
    1. Be an active and consulting Doctors on Demand doctor;
    2. Complete the survey form sent to your email in full; and
    3. Provide your valid email address in the Enter the Draw section of our survey
  6. One entry per person is allowed for this Competition.
  7. All entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible or are not completed by the close date stated in section 3 will be deemed invalid.
  8. By submitting an entry to the Competition, the entrant consents to the use of their personal information (as submitted with their entry) to be used by Doctors on Demand for the purpose of notifying you as a prize winner
  9. The winner of the Prize will be randomly selected at Doctors on Demand’s Office within seven (7) days of the closing date, on or before 18 August 2025 (DRAWING DATE) between 9:00am and 1:00pm. The winner need not be present at the drawing.
  10. The winner of the Prize will be contacted on the Drawing Date using their contact details provided in their entry.
  11. The Provider Manager and Doctor Manager will reasonably endeavor to coordinate the provision of the Prize with the winner within 30 days of the Drawing Date.
  12. If, despite every reasonable effort, Doctors on Demand cannot establish personal contact with the winner or the winners practice, the Prize will be retained for one (1) month after the Drawing Date. At the end of one (1) month, if the Prize remains unclaimed, a re-draw will take place at Doctors on Demand’s Office on 18 September 2025 between 9:00am and 1:00pm. The winner of the re-draw will be contacted as stated in section 10.
  13. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no alternate or substitute prize will be offered or made available.
  14. Doctors on Demand has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that it considers is not in accordance with these Terms.
