If you haven’t visited us online in a little while our website will look a little different, but you can be assured we’re still the same trusted team of doctors and staff behind the scenes.
Speak with a online doctor about a general health concern or query, diagnoses, or monitoring - from preventative care to chronic conditions, practitioners are available 24/7 for your primary care needs.
Request a medical certificate, also known as a sick note or doctor's certificate, from our online doctors when you need one for work, school or university.
For expert help with the diagnosis or treatment of your health problem, you can request a referral for specialists, allied health, pathology or radiology.
Request preventative or regular pathology testing for a range of health conditions or simply a general check-up, including full blood count, cholesterol profile, fertility, STIs, COVID-19 and more.
Consult with a mental health trained doctor to discuss your mental health concerns, and request a Mental Health Treatment Plan. This is a rebated service for Medicare card holders.
Our online doctors will assess your health and factors contributing to weight gain, including underlying conditions, and help develop weight loss and healthy lifestyle strategies, treatments, and support services.
Speak to one of our online doctors to discuss your options to quit smoking, which may include prescribed smoking cessation products. Where prescriptions are provided you can get them conveniently sent to your phone or delivered to your door.
Our smoking cessation service is designed for adult smokers, so consultations & prescriptions can’t be provided for persons under 18 years of age. If you are 17 years or less and need doctor advice on quitting smoking or vaping, you can still make a standard appointment at any time.
You’re eligible for Medicare or an IHI number if you’re an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a visitor to Australia. Not sure or need to check? Visit Services Australia.
Our Quit Smoking service is eScript only. We need a healthcare identifier to allow access to e-Scripts, so you’ll need to provide a Medicare card or IHI number before proceeding. Find out if you have one, or apply for one, online via the buttons below. Once you have the required details, click the back button to return to your booking.
An electronic prescription, also known as an e‑script, is a digital version of a paper prescription. It’s a digital token sent by SMS or email which you can present to your preferred pharmacy for collection of your medication. An IHI or Medicare number is required to access eScripts.
You’ll need to answer a few quick questions about your medical history, and then you’ll be connected with a doctor.
Discuss new or repeat prescriptions with a doctor via video, and have them sent to you as an eScript for dispensing at pharmacies Australia-wide.
No schedule 8 controlled drug medication or drugs of addiction will be prescribed. Schedule 4 drugs which have the potential to cause harm or be misused such as benzodiazepines, duromine, zolpidem, zopiclone, quetiapine and high strength codeine are not routinely prescribed and should be sourced from your regular GP.
