About Doctors on Demand

Doctors on Demand is a leader in the telehealth industry in Australia.

Since 2015, Doctors on Demand has been forging a path to make healthcare more accessible, focusing on what matters most to the patient – convenient, quality healthcare. Technology is enabling greater continuity of care and the Doctors on Demand online platform is bridging the gap between General Practice and Community Pharmacy by providing 24/7 on-demand access to qualified Australian doctors and prescription medications when and where it is needed most.

With a large, flexible workforce of Australian registered practitioners, patients can see an online doctor, psychologist or dietitian from the comfort and convenience of their home or work from any device. Using the latest in web technology, patients choose their practitioner and appointment time to securely and conveniently discuss health concerns, request a repeat prescription, a referral or medical certificate. With a network of over 2,500 pharmacies, patients can conveniently collect their medications from their nominated pharmacy directly after their online consultation.
